I tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling but this didn't work. The file is damaged and could not be repaired. An error may appear that says "There was an error opening this document. This error is created for security if someone else is in the file (or if you lock the file on your machine to begin with). There Was An Error Opening This Document. There Was A Problem Reading This Document (14) In Adobe Reader XI (Adobe Reader 11) you have to go to Edit -> Preferences -> Security (Enhanced) for the check box.
